New England Patriots offensive lineman Morgan Moses secured a nice bonus just for suiting up in today’s game against the New York Jets.

In the offseason, the Patriots signed Morgan Moses to a three-year deal worth $24 million. But only $11 million of it is guaranteed, so his bank account greatly appreciates any bonus money.

Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Moses’ deal includes a $1.5 million bonus if he plays 90 percent of the Patriots’ offensive snaps. Moses officially hit that mark in Sunday’s 42-10 blowout win over his old team.

What’s also interesting is that the Jets actually benefit from this as well. As Nick Korte of Over the Cap explains, the Jets stand to land a compensatory pick since the Pats signed him in free agency. Since he got a $1.5 million bonus, their 2026 compensatory pick will likely move up to a fifth-rounder:

Hall of Famers Mike Webster, Dick LeBeau, Zach Thomas and Lester Hayes were fifth-round picks, by the way. Regarding active NFL stars? Tyreek Hill, Stefon Diggs, Talanoa Hufanga and Wyatt Teller stand out.
