Antoine Winfield Jr.’s fiancée, Teesa Mpagi, rushed to the aid of a woman who got stuck by a car on her way to the Fanatics Flag Football Classic on Saturday.

Mpagi was heading to the event at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles when a car hit a pedestrian in front of the friends-and-family bus she was traveling on.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter cites eyewitnesses who relayed that Mpagi immediately jumped off the bus to assist. She reportedly held the victim’s hand, remaining by her side until emergency responders arrived, calling her husband for support and providing comfort.

“A woman was hit by a car, prompting immediate action: Winfield’s fiancée leaped off the bus without hesitation to provide aid, staying by the victim’s side, holding her hand, calling her husband for support and offering comfort until emergency vehicles arrived,” Schefter wrote.

The insider adds that a pair of EAG Sport staffers, Alexandra Garcia and Cecilia Macris, joined Mpagi in assisting the woman. EAG CEO Denise White also directed traffic, keeping vehicles away from the area.

“Winfield’s fiancée didn’t stop there; she rode in the ambulance to the hospital alongside the injured woman, ensuring she wasn’t alone during the ordeal,” Shefter added.

Winfield, a safety for the Bucs, was the 45th-overall pick in 2020. He is a two-time Pro Bowler, first-team All-Pro and Super Bowl champion.
