The end of the NFL season is always crazy, and this year has been no different. Many NFL teams are now ready to find their next head coach. The Atlanta Falcons fired Raheem Morris while the Browns dumped Kevin Stefanski. Las Vegas gave up on Pete Carroll as the Cardinals parted ways with Jonathan Gannon.

Now the team is ready to find its next leader.
New York Giants General Manager Says Team Will Incorporate AI Technology To Find Their Next Head Coach

The offseason is here, and the Giants will be making significant changes. General manager Joe Schoen will not be one of those changes. He survived a second consecutive terrible season. This was confirmed on Monday after Schoen met with co-owners John Mara and Steve Tisch.
“The 2025 season has been deeply disappointing, and the results on the field have not lived up to the standard this organization and our fans expect,” Mara and Tisch said in a joint statement.
“As previously stated, Joe Schoen will remain our General Manager and continue to lead our football operations and the search for our next head coach. Continuity and stability in the front office is important to our progress.
Now that he is back, he is leading the charge to find a new head coach. On Tuesday, he met with reporters to reveal that they will use AI technology to find a head coach.

New York’s last playoff appearance was in 2022. The team has only been to the postseason three times since 2008. They suffer from a lack of consistency, and that is what the front office wants to fix.
