Patriots Reportedly Considering Demand to Dianna Russini Over Mike Vrabel Relationship

The Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini scandal shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. Now, it might head to the next level.

Ahead of the 2026 season, the Patriots’ entire offseason has been marred by a scandal involving their head coach. The NFL reporter and New England Patriots coach were photographed holding hands, hugging, and sharing a kiss at a resort in Sedona, Arizona.

Both Russini and Vrabel claimed they were with friends, even though the friends were not visible in the photos. Not a single friend has ever come forward to state otherwise.

Additional photos later emerged, appearing to show the pair kissing at a New York City bar in 2020. At the time, only Vrabel was married as Russini was months away from her own union. Just this week, TMZ Sports published a photo of Vrabel and Russini getting pretty close at the Super Bowl. Dianna Russini was seen putting her arms around Vrabel and getting close to tell the then-Tennessee Titans head coach something.

With reports that Russini possibly wants to tell her story, it seems the Patriots wouldn’t want that to happen.

Vrabel has remained in his role with the Patriots organization, but things could change if more information comes out.

Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio published a column on how the Pats could proceed to try to mitigate any more coming out about the situation.

“Some sort of settlement agreement, with an NDA, would not be unprecedented in a situation like this,” Florio wrote on Monday. “Regardless, she has a story to tell. The first question is whether she’ll tell it. The next question is when. The ultimate question is what she’ll say.”

Russini has nothing left to lose since she has already resigned from her job. Her name has been thrown around in the mud, and her only obligation is to keep her marriage together.
