Stefon Diggs and Chris Blake Griffith have made allegations against each other.

Months ago, Griffith claimed Diggs allegedly made a sexual pass at him and then tried to threaten to kill him for turning down the alleged advances. Griffith alleges that Diggs drugged him, jerked off in front of him, and put his tongue in his ear.

A year before he made these claims, footage surfaced of Diggs’ brother, Darez, and two other men being caught on camera appearing to orchestrate an attack in an elevator.

The man was identified as Christopher Griffith. That footage has resurfaced amid Stefon Diggs’ filing a defamation lawsuit.

In the footage, you can see Darez trying to stop the elevator doors from shutting while Griffith tries to depart. One of them is shown kicking him in the head before he yanks him out of the elevator.

A different camera caught the men engaged in a conversation after the attack, with the victim getting his chains ripped from his neck and his bag gone through.

TMZ reported at the time that Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs allegedly helped set up that attack. At the time, Darez Diggs was sentenced to two years’ probation for his involvement in a brutal elevator attack. He was also required to perform 20 hours of community service.

Griffith would file a lawsuit against Stefon Diggs, claiming “pain, suffering, and emotional distress.”

In a recent lawsuit, Stefon Diggs denies recent claims made by Chris Blake Griffith stemming from an encounter in 2023.

The 31-year-old NFL wide receiver said the “would-be social media influencer” fabricated a story about an alleged incident that went down one evening at his home. Diggs claimed that he and Griffith briefly crossed paths once after a charity basketball game in Washington, D.C.

He recalled going out afterward with a group that included Griffith before everyone ended up back at his home. Once he was done partying, he claims he told his assistant to send all the guests, including Griffith, home.

Nearly two years later, Griffith resurfaced and alleged Stefon Diggs had “drugged and attempted to sexually assault” him and even conspired to have him killed.

Diggs argues Griffith knowingly spread the claims “for clout and attention.”

The Patriots wideout is seeking damages, attorney’s fees, and, although a specific amount hasn’t been disclosed, the filing stresses that the fallout has been substantial, affecting his reputation, endorsements, and public image.

Aside from the lawsuit, Diggs has not mentioned anything that he is going through to reporters, which is customary when lawsuits are involved.
