It appears Shilo Sanders got Olympic fever during the Winter Games, but we’re almost certain he’s over it now.

The former Colorado defensive back recently hit the slope but is unlikely to return after suffering a nasty fall.

Shilo missed out on an NFL opportunity after going undrafted last year and failing to hold down a spot on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers roster after they brought him on as a UFA. He can afford to risk life and limb trying new things.

The Dallas native’s latest YouTube video is titled “I Almost Ended My Career Snowboarding,” which sounds about right, as he found out snowboarding can turn into a contact sport.

The clip below shows Sanders hitting the first pipe rather easily. Then he went for a move on the second rail and fell right into it… smack dab if you will.

He slid down the hill, came to a stop, and lay flat on his back.

“I’m done, bro,” he said. “I’m done.”

“You know what happened, I hit the front lip. It didn’t hurt that bad, I just fell on the rail. It looked worse than it was.”

Sanders headed back to his hotel shortly after, where he showed off a swollen knee.

Luckily, he won’t have to explain his injury to any team.

The 26-year-old played two seasons at Colorado alongside his brother Shedeur Sanders after starring at Jackson State. Their father, Deion Sanders, was their coach.

Shedeur, a projected first-round pick in 2025, slid all the way to the fifth round after showing off a custom draft room. Shilo didn’t get drafted at all.

He later joked he would fire his father as his agent.
