Former NFL wide receiver Dez Bryant was detained at gunpoint following a road rage incident in Southlake, Texas, on Sunday.

Bryant was in a confrontation in a parking lot that ended with police pointing a gun at him after detaining him in handcuffs. His daughter and his girlfriend had to watch as he and others were handcuffed on the ground.

The former receiver alleges the incident began when he saw two vehicles driving recklessly and told them to drive safer while at a stoplight. Consequently, things escalated when Bryant and the two other drivers stopped in the same restaurant parking lot.

One of the men threatened to shoot Bryant, according to him. Dez claimed the man who threatened to shoot him then pulled out his phone to record the interaction. That is when he knocked the phone out of his hand.

We now have that footage.

Newly released footage showed Dez Bryant smacking a teenager’s phone out of his hand during a wild confrontation. He would then chuck it to the ground. In the video, you can hear Bryant accuse the teenagers of “street racing” next to his vehicle on a nearby roadway.

Dez is seen in the new footage yelling at 19-year-old Terrance Avery, “to get your partner before I break him down.”

“I’ll break you down, n—a,” Bryant stated. “Don’t give a f—k about none of that.”

“I’m not playing with you,” Bryant says in the video. After tossing the phone, Reyes got his phone back, but Bryant took another swing at it.

Dez Bryant also made it clear several times that he did not “give a f—k about no law.” He was referring to police officers. Cops eventually arrived on scene, and that is when one pulled a weapon and ordered Dez to the ground.

In the end, the teenager stated he is going to sue Bryant.
