NFL fans had all sorts of savage jokes over a shot of Travis Kelce looking sad on the sidelines during the Kansas City Chiefs’ heartbreaking loss to the Houston Texans.

In what will go down as one of the most dejecting losses in the Andy Reid era, the Chiefs fell 20-10 to the Houston Texans in a must-win game on ‘Sunday Night Football.’ Now at 6-7, their playoff hopes are practically done for.

Kansas City’s last hopes of beating Houston were dashed when Travis Kelce dropped this pass from Mahomes that fell into the waiting arms of Azeez Al-Shaair:

The interception allowed Houston to burn the clock and tack on an extra field goal to seal the deal. And this shot from NBC Sports cameras is truly hard to watch if you’re a Chiefs fan or a Swiftie:

NFL fans had no mercy seeing that sad shot of Travis Kelce.

“TRAVIS KELCE GIVE IT UP BUDDY ITS OVER,” one fan wrote.

“Dear Travis Kelce… you will NEVER be as good as Gronk,” said a fan.

“This has meme potential fr 🤣,” another wrote.

“Reminds me of this lmao,” a fan posted with an image of a dog.

“That Ben Affleck look. LOL!” a fan said.

“Taylor swift drained this guy,” a user added.

Patrick Mahomes had no touchdowns and three interceptions in the loss. Kelce may as well be credited with the third one, though. Per ESPN, he had just one reception for eight yards.
