Someone nearly got hit after one of the fireworks shot above M&T Bank Stadium ended up on the field ahead of the Patriots-Ravens game.

The AFC outfits faced off on ‘Sunday Night Football’. And someone narrowly avoided disaster while casually walking toward one of the end zones.

A video of the incident was shared by X user Brendan Little, who noted that it was recorded by his brother.

You can see it right below:

““Rockets red glare” Star Spangled Banner was actually written in Baltimore, I believe,” someone joked in the comments.

“Targeting, 15 yard penalty and ejection,” a second quipped.

“That was personal!” someone else declared.

While you can survive getting hit by fireworks, you definitely want to avoid them. For one, they can cause severe burns, which is already bad enough.

There’s also the risk of blast injuries, loss of sight, hearing loss, and life-threatening trauma.

Fireworks combine extreme heat with explosive force and dangerous projectiles. They’re a significant hazard when damaged or misfired, which was the case at the Ravens’ stadium on Sunday.

On another note, the home team put up an admirable fight even after losing Lamar Jackson to injury. But the Pats are leaving with a 28-24 win.
