Patriots WR Stefon Diggs can play football and have children with multiple women very well. Days after he was seen crying on the field after the Patriots defeated the Houston Texans, he found out that he had another mouth to feed.
Diggs’ ex-girlfriend Aileen Lopera has dropped her paternity and child support lawsuit against him. Not because she thought it was the right thing to do, but because she was proven right.
Last September, Cardi B announced that she and Stefon Diggs were expecting their first child together. A day after the couple’s pregnancy announcement, news broke that Diggs was facing a legal battle with Aileen Lopera.
Lopera, who is a model known as Lord Gisselle, listed the New England Patriots star as the “parent” of the then-unborn child. The petitioner identified Stefon Diggs as the father. They also requested that the NFL athlete cover all her pregnancy/birth expenses as well as her attorney’s fees.
Later that same month, Stefon Diggs was caught on camera leaving a hospital with a car seat in his hands. There was a woman with him who looked like Lord Gisselle. Nothing was ever confirmed. Fast forward to January 2026, and Diggs is a father again.
Stefon Diggs Has Another Child

The Instagram model filed to dismiss her case against the NFL star this week, per US Weekly. This update comes after Lopera’s lawyer claimed a paternity test proved that Diggs is the father of his and Lopera’s daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.

In a statement shared with Us Weekly, Lopera’s attorney Tamar G. Arminak said only that the situation had been settled. They offered no further comment on whether a private agreement was reached between the parties. In the meantime, Stefon Diggs is getting set to play in the AFC Championship game.
With the Broncos reeling from their QB situation, he’s looking real good to get to his first Super Bowl.
