Taylor Swift has figured out a new way to avoid being shown on TV during NFL games. She still goes to Kansas City Chiefs home games to support Travis Kelce, but she’s now careful about where she sits so cameras barely catch her. During the Chiefs’ loss to the Houston Texans on Sunday, fans noticed she was on screen only once.

She watched the game from her VIP suite with friends, including Leonardo DiCaprio and Selena Gomez, but she still stayed out of sight. This lines up with what she’s said before about being tired of people complaining that she gets too much TV time during games.

According to Front Row Sports, Swift learned which spots inside the suite make it harder for TV cameras to find her. The outlet said, “There are areas within suites where people like Swift who are keenly aware of TV cameras can avoid them.” The report also compared her to Hailee Steinfeld, who rarely appears on screen while supporting her husband, Bills quarterback Josh Allen, although fans still attack Hailee for Allen’s struggles.

The pattern shows how Swift is still showing up, but according to her mood.

Suite Changes And Security Help Swift Stay Hidden

Her visibility dropped for other reasons too. Kelce’s suite changed locations this season. The move helped Swift enter the stadium without fans catching a glimpse. A Chiefs season ticket holder who once sat near the old suite told the Kansas City Star that the switch made sense because security struggled to manage the crowd around her last year.

Pam Hatcher explained how fans flooded the area whenever Swift showed up. “We ended up with like eight Jackson County Sheriffs down there, and over 18 Arrowhead security, and they still couldn’t handle it,” she said. Hatcher added that the new suite sits in a calmer spot. “You only can get to it from the elevators and you only can get to it from the club level,” she said.

Swift adjusted quickly. After sitting in Section 121 during an early visit, she moved to Section 119 and has stayed there since. Fans no longer swarm the area. The setup gives her breathing room and helps her keep the attention on the field instead of her suite.

Earlier this season, Swift even arrived behind a black screen to block photos. She continues to cheer for Kelce, but she does it on her terms.
