Tee Higgins Suffers Frightening Injury After Smashing His Head On The Ground vs. Bills [VIDEO]

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins appeared to suffer a serious head injury playing against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
The Bengals are short on receivers today, having suspended second-year wideout Jermaine Burton. And it appeared they could be down another after the aforementioned star rose for a catch.
Higgins went up for a one-handed grab near the sideline in the first half of Sunday’s snowy affair at Highmark Stadium. He made the catch, but his neck snapped back after he landed on his back, causing his head to slam into the turf.
He headed into the blue medical tent shortly after.

Slow-motion replays did not look good.
Fortunately for Higgins and the Bengals, the wide receiver was able to return to the game.
Fans must have thought he was done for the day after Dallas Cowboys star CeeDee Lamb was ruled out with a concussion after a heavy landing against the Detroit Lions on Thursday night.
This wasn’t the case for Tee Higgins, but he’ll want to watch how he hits the ground going forward.
