The last thing the Houston Texans needed was another injury. Unfortunately, this is the NFL, and bad things always happen at the worst time.
Winners of the last two games, the Texans were hoping to extend their streak against the Giants.
During this contest, Woody Marks took over the RB1 role for the Houston Texans. However, it wouldn’t last long.
Woody Marks Leaves Game After Awkward Tackle Against Giants
David Montgomery is sidelined with a groin injury for Houston, giving Woody Marks the unquestioned role as the starting running back. Running room isn’t easy to come by for the Texans, who rank in the bottom 10 of the league when it comes to rushing yards.
Unfortunately, Marks appeared to suffer a knee injury after being twisted down by the New York Giants in what was an ugly-looking tackle. Marks was twisted like a pretzel on a play where he seemingly fumbled.

Luckily for him, the play was called back since he was ruled down. Woody Marks walked off the field under his own power and went straight into the medical tent.
He would later return to the game.
