Baltimore Ravens star Marlon Humphrey turned a lot of heads on Monday after he appeared to take a shot at his teammate, safety Kyle Hamilton. Both players have been important pieces to the Ravens’ defense, but it seems that they aren’t on the best of terms.

The AFC North franchise has had a busy offseason, making moves and seeing players leave after John Harbaugh’s era ended following the 2025 regular season. After trading for defensive end Maxx Crosby, the Ravens saw Tyler Linderbaum join the Las Vegas Raiders as the highest-paid center in NFL history.

Additionally, the New York Giants landed Isaiah Likely on a three-year, $40 million deal. Two major pieces left the squad, and Hamilton paid them their respect on social media. However, his silence on the Crosby trade rubbed some people the wrong way.

On Monday, one fan took issue with Hamilton’s lack of social media activity regarding Crosby’s arrival.

“Sometimes I wonder if Kyle Hamilton hates the ravens,” the fan wrote on X. “Guy shares this and the likely signings but not a like, comment or share in relation to the Crosby or other ravens news. Maybe I’m overreacting but it’s something I’ve noticed for a while now.”

Marlon Humphrey reacted to the post with a message that looked like an attack to Hamilton.

“You’re not overreacting,” Humphrey wrote. “He’s exactly who you think he is!! I know him personally..!”

While many tried to explain what Humphrey’s message meant, and nobody came to an agreement, the player is the one who needs to clarify his statement. Before this, there was no indication that Humphrey and Hamilton had beef.

Now, things could change. The Jesse Minter era appears to be off to a rocky start, and this could create issues in the locker room.
