Tom Brady has launched a new product with a questionable name, attracting all sorts of comments on social media. 

The former NFL quarterback has entered into a partnership with Gopuff to bring customers a brand of organic coconut water called “Good Nut.”

Coconut water sales have gone up 115 percent year-over-year, as consumers are turning from sugary beverages. Consequently, Brady’s newest venture is headed to a market expected to hit $11 billion by 2030. 

“Gopuff has a unique ability to understand what consumers want and get great products into their hands in minutes,” Brady told Fox Business in a statement. 

As expected, the drink’s name has caused a stir online. 

One fan commented, “Of all the names Tom Brady could’ve chosen Good Nut definitely wasn’t on my bingo card.”

Another user claimed that, “Tom brady freaky ahh want people out here saying, “you tasted that good nut yet?”😭😭😭,”

“GoodNUT what a name for a drink🤦‍♂️bro sat down and thought hard to chose this,” one comment read.

Someone else declared, “Ain’t no one copping this weak a** nut juice,”

“i speak for everyone we will NOT be drinking nut water,” said another.

Tom Brady Wants That Good Nut In His Fridge

TB fans would know that the seven-time Super Bowl winner is very conscious about what he consumes, with hydration and electrolyte replacements among his chief focuses while he played. 

“It’s something I’ve enjoyed for years, and hydration has always been an important part of my routine, during my playing career and still today,” Brady noted.

He added:

“Hydration has always been a big part of my routine, and while coconut water has been a staple for me, I knew we could take it to a completely different level by teaming up with Gopuff. With Good Nut, we focused on keeping the ingredients simple and clean, making sure it’s exactly what I’d want in my own fridge.”

Good Nut is made from organic Vietnamese coconuts. The product is set to launch in three flavors: original, chocolate and sparkling. 

It should appeal to most men, or maybe it won’t…
