Never change, Tom.
Tom Brady Has A Long Offseason In Las Vegas

With Brady’s offseason starting now, his focus turns to helping rebuild the Las Vegas Raiders. They’re coming off a disastrous 3-14 season that landed the franchise the No. 1 pick for the first time since 2007.
Head coach Pete Carroll was fired after just one season. On Sunday, it was reported that they’re expected to hire Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak as Carroll’s replacement.
Brady and the Raiders will presumably use the No. 1 pick on Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza. If they do that, the young offense will have a nice nucleus led by Mendoza, Ashton Jeanty and Brock Bowers.
