To say that this was a disappointing season for the Kansas City Chiefs would be a massive understatement. Now, Travis Kelce is considering his future in the league, and it feels like this could be the beginning of the end.

That being said, that doesn’t mean we’re not going to see more of Kelce any time soon. If anything, the future Hall of Famer is just getting started.

Kelce and his older brother, Jason, have one of the most popular podcasts in the sports industry. That’s why they’ve decided to take their “New Heights” show to new heights, no pun intended.

As shown by their mother, Donna Kelce, on Instagram, they’re releasing “New Heights Kelce Clubhouse,” an online retail store for their podcast’s official merchandise.

They announced the venture with a billboard on Times Square, and the proud mother shared it with her followers:

“The boys Times Square Billboard…” the mother captioned the post on Instagram.

Still, all hope for a return isn’t lost yet. If anything, Kelce may have made up his mind about potentially running it back in Kansas City.

The Chiefs’ decision to bring back offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy may have changed everything. Talking on his podcast, he gushed about having him back on the building:

“I love that [he’s returning to Kansas City],” Kelce said. “I think it’s great. I think it’s a marriage that’s gonna pick up right where it left off.”

Kelce talked as if he’s going to be there with Bieniemy, so the writing seems to be on the wall for a return:

“Who (Bieniemy) is as a coach, you can see kind of his personality, what he brings to the table in that Chicago team. I know (Bears head coach) Ben Johnson has his own version of that. He’s a very tough guy. And you can see those running backs over in Chicago and their body of work was definitely an Eric Bieniemy style of football, man,” Kelce continued. “It’s gonna be awesome to see him back in the building and see him back wearing the Chiefs logo, baby.”

The Chiefs will have a top-ten pick for the first time in the Patrick Mahomes era. They will also have the architect behind their best offense. Travis Kelce can still play at a high level, so the fans better not sleep on this team if he returns.
