Travis Kelce’s ‘Madden 27’ Rating Leaks — NFL Fans Have A Lot To Say About It
This article was originally published on Total Pro Sports.

Travis Kelce is back in Kansas City and in the latest edition of Madden NFL. Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams will be featured on the cover despite not everybody agreeing with it.
The EA Sports video game franchise has just unveiled the first ratings for its highly anticipated American football game.
Every fan wants to know what the stars on their team get every year. Sometimes it brings joy, and sometimes it brings hate.
Travis Kelce Receives a High Madden Rating

Kelce’s overall rating in Madden NFL 27 is 91. His brother, Jason Kelce, revealed this rating on the New Heights podcast, making him one of the highest-rated tight ends in the game.
That is insanely impressive for a guy who is 36 and on the back end of his NFL career.
Here is how social media reacted:
“Lowkey should be an 89,” one person said.
“Just right only because he’s gotten older, but he may surprise us! Never know, don’t judge!” a second person wrote.
“Perfect bc he had a good year this year, but not the best TE in the league,” a third person said of Travis Kelce.
“Bout right. He can still be the best TE in the league,” a fourth person added.
“You are not a Chiefs fan. Travis Kelce did more for last year’s team than most of the Team. Butker, the holy one, missed field goals every game. TK did his job, and he took the blame…not many players do that,” one final fan commented.
Madden NFL 27 officially launches worldwide on August 13, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
The three-time champion with the Chiefs signed a three-year, $54.7 million contract this offseason. Kelce will reportedly make $12 million in Year 1 of the contract.
Kelce is coming off somewhat of a resurgent season with the Chiefs, in which he had 851 receiving yards and scored five touchdowns. The majority of that production came when quarterback Patrick Mahomes was on the field.
Once Mahomes was lost for the season, Kelce hauled in 16 passes for 124 yards and no scores.
