Troy Aikman wishes he could have this moment back.
In the first quarter game between the Seahawks and 49ers, the broadcaster was talking about Seattle getting lined up on the field.
“You see the confusion. They’re trying to communicate and get lined up, Aikman said. He then had the worst slip of the tongue so far in 2026. Troy Aikman was trying to call out the play clock running down, but he accidentally made a sexual reference.

Aikman has had weird moments on broadcast before. He did so earlier this regular season when the Bears took on the Vikings. He accidentally called Vikings quarterback JJ McCarthy, “Kevin McCarthy.”
During the 2024 season, he spoke on the Detroit Lions’ defense needing some “man beaters.”
As for the game Troy Aikman is calling, both teams are fighting for something.
The Seahawks enter the game in first place in the NFC West and on a six-game winning streak. A win or tie would secure them the top spot in the division and the conference.
San Francisco is also on a six-game winning streak. A victory would pull them even with the Seahawks in overall record. They’d claim the NFC West crown and No. 1 seed.
