Or at least the great majority of the time – – it’s in regards to an offensive player… RB, WR, these days even a few QB’s. AND YET…..

I’m not sure there is RB, WR, or QB in the league that would place in the top ten fastest NFL players… that would be DB’s. Innumerable times I’ll see a RB, WR, breaking away and streaking for the end zone and the announcer going ga-ga over his speed while a DB is behind but running him down…. and the DB won’t even get a mention by the announcer.

I’ve seen DB’s gaining on Deion but can’t tell you their names because their names weren’t mentioned. – JamesJM
