Chad Johnson Reveals What Detroit Lions Fan Really Said To DK Metcalf That Got Him Punched In The Face, But Social Media Isn’t Buying It One Bit [VIDEO]

DK Metcalf lost his mind on Sunday night. The Pittsburgh Steelers receiver had a physical confrontation with a Detroit Lions fan. Camera footage caught him throwing a punch at a Lions fan.
The fan said he called Metcalf by his full name, which is what prompted him to approach him in the first place. The Detroit Free Press tracked down the fan in the stands, who said he was “a little shocked. Like everyone’s talking to me. I’m a little rattled, but I just want the Lions to win, baby.”
Metcalf wasn’t ejected, and neither was the Lions fan.
Following the victory over the Lions, Metcalf left the locker room early without speaking to the media. Head coach Mike Tomlin also declined to comment on the incident.
Now, Chad Ochocinco is sharing his thoughts on the situation.
Chad Ochocinco Claims Lions fan Said A Racial Slur To DK Metcalf

Pittsburgh Steelers receiver DK Metcalf took a swing at a Detroit Lions fan on Sunday. The interaction took place during the first half. A fan in a blue wig was seen leaning over a railing near the Steelers’ sideline. Metcalf then shoved a closed fist upward toward the fan’s face.
The fan pulled back, raising his arms in shock. Now we are finding out what that fan actually said to him that set him off.
DK Metcalf told former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson what happened. he stated the fan called him a racial slur and made grotesque comments about his mother.
“I got word — obviously. I’m not condoning putting your hands on a fan or punching a fan. But he did call him a racial slur,” Johnson said on ‘Night Cap.

“He called him the n-word, and he did call his mom a (expletive). I think, with those words being exchanged and the fan saying that, I think that’s where the action occurred.”
CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson noted that the fan had Metcalf memorabilia on him. That fact would seem to disprove the claim of a racial slur.
Many on social media weren’t buying Ocho’s explanation either. Instead, they felt Metcalf was making a last-ditch effort to save himself from punishment.
“Y’all wild for lying, the fan called him by his birth name, it’s everywhere on the web,” one commenter pointed out.

“In situations like this race is the first thing these athletes run to,” another fan stated.
If this is proven to be untrue, watch zero apology coming from Ocho! In situations like this race is the first thing these athletes run to.

The NFL can discipline Metcalf, which could be coming.
His 808 receiving yards this season lead Pittsburgh. The yards are ranked 22nd highest in the NFL entering Sunday.
