If you listened to the national anthem before the NFC Championship Game on Sunday, you probably wondered why the audio went dead for a second.

Country music star Zach Top did the honors ahead of what turned out to be an exciting showdown between the Rams and Seahawks at Lumen Field. He absolutely killed it.

Unlike the AFC Championship, where both the anthem and the game underwhelmed, Sunday’s second tilt was everything. Of course, the weather was to blame for the latter.

Top did an incredible job, but he seemed to miss a few words during his performance.

Well, he didn’t.

The brief silence was due to FOX Sports censoring something out.

According to one fan on X, someone shouted an ICE-related expletive during the anthem.

“fox censors “f**k ice” during anthem seahawks rams,” they relayed.

You can see the moment in the clip below:

“Was wondering if that was what was said lmao,” someone commented.

Meanwhile, the Seahawks are headed to their fourth Super Bowl. Sam Darnold led the NFC champions to a 31-27 win over their division.

They will face the New England Patriots at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara on February 8.

Hopefully, it will bear the tone of the NFC Championship rather than the AFC Championship and turn out to be a thriller.
