Budweiser released its Super Bowl 60 commercial extremely early this year. It comes nearly two weeks before the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots do battle in the Bay Area.

The beer company has been known for having iconic commercials for years. It’s not just for the big game either. In 2019, they released an emotional tribute to Dwyane Wade as his NBA career was winding down. The commercial takes Wade’s season-long jersey swap ritual to another level.

There was only one year that Budweiser did not advertise a commercial during the big game. It was on the cusp of the pandemic. The moment marked the first time in 37 years that they wouldn’t drop a commercial.

Fast forward to 2026, and the beer company is already putting its stake into having the best ad of the day. The company revealed the new ad, featuring a Clydesdale and a bald eagle. You can never go wrong when you pick both of those animals to lead the charge.

The beer brand is celebrating 150 years of brewing in the United States. So it was only right that they featured two “American Icons” animals in their ad.

In the ad, a down-on-its-luck tiny eaglet befriends a Clydesdale foal. The commercial begins with a Clydesdale galloping out of its stable into the fields. Amid its adventure, it comes across an American bald eagle chick that had fallen from their nest onto the ground.

Over the course of the ad, released on YouTube, the two animals form a strong bond and support each other over the years. The commercial ends with the two creatures fully grown. Now, able to soar, the bald eagle rides the horse’s back, spreads its wings, and takes off. Just for a second, it appeared as if the Clydesdale grew wings. The ad cuts to Budweiser’s slogan “Made of America,” followed by the text “For 150 Years, This Bud’s For You.”

An X user online claims that the Super Bowl ad will drive haters insane.

The minute-long ad will officially air nationally during Super Bowl LX.
