Seahawks, Patriots Lead Interesting List Of Teams Looking To Trade For Maxx Crosby

The Maxx Crosby trade rumors have circulated since the 2025 NFL season. The Dallas Cowboys and others were reportedly interested in the defensive end ahead of the trade deadline, but he stayed put at Allegiant Stadium.
Rumors began circulating again after the Raiders shut him down for the final two games of the campaign. Crosby’s relationship with the team seemingly changed after that, and trade rumors intensified afterwards. He reportedly told minority owner Tom Brady he doesn’t plan to suit up for the Raiders again.
Meanwhile, teams such as the San Francisco 49ers have been mentioned as potential landing spots for Crosby. More franchises have joined the list of potential suitors for him, but nobody has a clear lead on what will happen.
Seattle Seahawks, New England Patriots Interested In Maxx Crosby’s Services

During Monday’s edition of “The Breer Report,” NFL insider Albert Breer shared an update on Maxx Crosby’s situation. The reporter named the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots as teams interested in the pass rusher. He mentioned that a quarter of the league could be keeping tabs, too.
“I think over a quarter of the league has already sort of sniffed around the possibility of, ‘Could we make a trade for Maxx Crosby?’ I do think there are teams out there, including the two that were in the Super Bowl, that would have an interest in looking in bringing in Maxx Crosby,” Breer said.
“The idea of adding Maxx Crosby would obviously be enticing to a lot of teams, and the Raiders could bring back a big haul.”
Breer notes that they could add young talent to evolve alongside Fernando Mendoza, but made it clear that nothing is certain regarding Crosby’s future or whether the Raiders are open to moving him.
Crosby has expressed his loyalty to the Raiders repeatedly. However, as things stand now, his future could be anywhere.
