For the past 13 years, Carrie Underwood has been the voice of NBC’s Sunday Night Football. She has regularly thrilled fans with her outfit as well as her voice. Underwood reportedly earns $1 million each time her theme song airs on Sunday Night Football.

On March 10, the “American Idol” Instagram account shouted out Underwood’s birthday, writing in the caption, “Our pride, our joy, our Idol forever 💙 Happy Birthday to our girl.”
They showed a series of Underwood rocking various fashionable looks on the show.
The stunning “American Idol” judge also posted herself. She celebrated her 43rd birthday with the show in Hawaii.
“Hawaiian golden hour hits different,” she wrote.
Prior to the start of the 2025 season, NBC announced that Carrie Underwood would return for her 13th year with “Sunday Night Football.”
She is more than expected to be back for the 2026 season and beyond.
