Parsons made a quick impact after joining the Green Bay Packers in a big trade from the Dallas Cowboys. He recorded 12.5 sacks in just 14 games. He also added 41 tackles and 79 pressures. Those numbers earned him First Team All-Pro honors and his fifth straight Pro Bowl.

Now, his absence leaves a big gap. The defensive line already looks weak. Rashan Gary is now in Dallas. Lukas Van Ness has not fully stepped up yet. Javon Hargrave cannot handle everything on his own.

Green Bay needs to find solutions quickly. The team could look for help in the 2026 NFL Draft. But the Parsons trade cost them key picks, which limits their options. They may need short-term fixes instead.
