The Buffalo Bills reportedly plan to make another move to improve their pass rush. The AFC East team enters the 2026 season with renewed expectations after another disappointing playoff exit that led to Sean McDermott’s firing.

With Joe Brady taking the reins of the team, they want to put together a solid team to compete for the elusive Super Bowl trophy. After re-signing safety Damar Hamlin on a one-year deal, they now focus on the pass rush, and it seems that a solid opportunity has popped up.

They already landed Bradley Chubb from the Miami Dolphins, but that might not be the only move they make to address this. The upcoming draft could give them more chances to bolster their ranks.

Jason LaCanfora of SportsBoom reported that executives around the NFL believe the Bills will target pass rush in Round 1 of the upcoming draft.

“Some believe, in fact, that even after signing Bradley Chubb in free agency (from rival Miami), Bills general manager Brandon Beane will be willing to move up the draft board to land a potential impact edge presence if there is a fear such prospects will not be available at their current pick (26th overall),” La Canfora said.

The Chicago Bears, Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Chargers could be potential trade partners for the Bills, if they decide to trade up. With Greg Rousseau and Chubb on the roster, the Bills appear strong in that department.

However, they could still add another starting-caliber player to the position group.
