You might recognize the last name as she is the sister of NFL quarterback Garrett Nussmeier. She also went viral over the relationship she had with Will Campbell.
Campbell played college football for the LSU Tigers and was selected by the Patriots fourth overall in the 2025 NFL draft. Throughout his entire college career, Garrett Nussmeier was the quarterback of that team. He was a big reason why he was able to throw for 4,052 yards and 29 touchdowns with just 12 interceptions.
Will Campbell liked Garrett Nussmeier so much that he decided to start a relationship with his sister, Ashlynn Nussmeier. Now, Campbell is preparing to become an official member of the family.

New England Patriots’ Will Campbell is engaged to Ashlynn Nussmeier, the sister of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Garrett Nussmeier. Ashlynn announced the news on her Instagram Stories over the weekend.
On Thursday, she took to her Instagram page and posted the moment Campbell got down on one knee. The engagement took place on an outdoor rooftop or patio terrace, with a cityscape backdrop. According to her caption, the proposal took place a few days ago on May 23, 2026.
Ashlynn Nussmeier is wearing an elegant, floor-length maxi dress in a light pastel pink or blush. She has her long brown hair styled down in loose, natural waves.
Campbell is wearing a traditional suit.
Ashlynn is the daughter of Doug Nussmeier, a former NFL quarterback and the current offensive coordinator of the New Orleans Saints. She is still studying at Louisiana State University. Her graduation is set for 2027.
Will Campbell played his rookie season in 2025 as the starting left tackle. He started all 16 games and played 1,000+ snaps. Unfortunately, he was credited with an NFL season-worst 14 pressures allowed in Super Bowl LX.
