“He Should Be In The NFL” — He Threw It From End Zone To End Zone Like It Was Nothing [VIDEO]
This article was originally published on Total Pro Sports.

A viral Instagram video reposted by ESPN has gotten fans talking.
The clip in question shows a man on a football field launching a ball from one end zone to the other. The throw travels more than 100 feet.
The caption reads, “He needs to be in the NFL.”
The distance alone had viewers stunned. Comments rolled in, with many impressed. However, not everyone felt the same way as the ball was not a football.
That detail changed everything. A baseball is smaller, lighter, and easier to throw long distances. As the Worldwide Leader in Sports, ESPN should be at least vaguely aware of that fact.
Of course, the feat was still impressive, just not NFL‑level.

Fans Point Out The Obvious After ESPN’s Claim Over Throwing Video

Most of the comments following the above were centered on the fact that the feat, though impressive, was not NFL-worthy.
“So uh… that’s a baseball,” one user pointed out.
Another user asked, “Do they throw baseballs in the NFL?🤔”
Someone declared, “Ah yes, the NFL where the team that has a player that can throw the ball the furthest wins points.”
“It’s a baseball and this video is from like 10 years ago. Tough day for the intern,” someone else wrote.
“ESPN not knowing it’s a baseball?” one fan inquired.
“Ah yes, he should be in the NFL for throwing a baseball,” another comment read, dripping with sarcasm.
“We are DEEP in the offseason🤦♂️,” one account noted.
The throw itself remains eye‑catching. Launching any ball 100 feet across a field takes power and accuracy. But the reality overshadows the original claim.
Whoever this was should not be in the NFL because he can throw a baseball as far as he did.
Maybe it’s what ESPN wanted. Their post sparked conversation and kept fans talking. Still, the caption suggests that they may not have actually realized that the only thing related to football there was the field.
