Nick Bosa’s Model Girlfriend Goes Viral Over Steamy Dance Video Before Brutal Injury News

Right before bad news hit the San Francisco 49ers, Nick Bosa’s girlfriend, Ella Ailiff, had social media hyped with a new dance clip.
Ella shared the TikTok video earlier in the week, singing and dancing along to Adela’s viral song “Nicole Kidman.” Dressed in a white V-neck, black flare pants, and red-bottom heels, she lip-synced her way through the track and with a lot of views.
Unfortunately, that craze didn’t last long. Just days later, Bosa pulled his calf during Thursday’s practice, and the 49ers now expect their top pass rusher to miss several weeks.
Ella Ailiff Shows Off Her Dance Moves
Ailiff kept the video focused on her dance moves and the song. She also showed off her red-bottom heels during the clip.
She lip-synced along and sang the lyrics, “Every single night / I pray that my t*** are sittin’ right / Moulin Rouge, my corset is so tight / Babygirl in control, I feel like Nicole,” as she moved in front of the camera. People ended up paying much more attention to the video simply because of the crazy timing of Bosa getting hurt.

As for Bosa, he’ll be resting up away from the field for a while. You probably won’t see the 49ers put him on injured reserve, though, since the team is already running low on open IR spots.
Bosa returned to action this season after he missed time while recovering from a torn ACL he suffered in Week 3 last season. He also started the 2026 season as one of San Francisco’s key defensive players.
Ailiff has followed Bosa closely during his recovery. The two began dating at the end of 2025 while Bosa worked his way back from the ACL injury.
She also attended the 49ers’ home opener at Levi’s Stadium last weekend.
The calf issue could keep Bosa out for several weeks. San Francisco will have to manage without its star pass rusher during that stretch. For now, the main concern is to get healthy as soon as possible.
