The individual sprinted across the empty, rain-soaked grass to take an equipment bag from one of the teams.
As he tried to make his way through the tunnel, he was caught and seemingly arrested.
The Browns Win The Game After Weather Delay
The Cleveland Browns secured a thrilling 23-19 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers following a lengthy lightning suspension. The unexpected delay halted the game for two hours and twelve minutes right at the fourth-quarter two-minute warning.
