Hannah McNair was every Houston Texans fan on Sunday.
The Houston Texans may be without CJ Stroud, but they still expect to have a much better game on Sunday against the Titans without him.
Earlier this month, Stroud was knocked out cold during the second-quarter game against the Denver Broncos. Stroud, who had problems with the team regarding the offense, got smacked by a Broncos defender as his head bounced off the turf.
He has missed the following two games since that hit.
On Sunday, backup quarterback Davis Mills led the team to a victory as they defeated the Titans on a game-ending field goal. With Davis Mills filling in while CJ Stroud is in the concussion protocol, they’ve put together back-to-back comeback victories.
Following the game, Hannah McNair was caught on camera walking from the field to the back, smiling, waving, and then throwing up the “H” symbol for Houston.

Hannah McNair & Her Husband Had To Fire Back From Previous Racism Allegations

The Houston Texans were once one of the league’s worst franchises, both on and off the field. Cal McNair and Hannah McNair couldn’t catch a break for a year.
Back in 2017, the late Houston Texans owner Bob McNair had to apologize for a remark he made about “inmates running the prison” if owners allowed players to continue sitting or kneeling during the national anthem.
When a group of owners later discussed whether the league ought to clamp down on the protests, McNair suggested it should, because “we can’t have the inmates running the prison,” per ESPN.
In 2021, now-Texans owner Cal McNair made an anti-Asian statement while addressing a crowd of more than 100 people at the Houston Texans Foundation Charity Golf Classic.
“I’m sorry that we couldn’t get together last year, because of the China Virus,” he reportedly said.
In 2023, things weren’t any better when Stephen A. Smith said that Black coaches should avoid applying for the Texans’ job, given their track record.
It compelled team CEO Cal McNair and his wife, Hannah McNair, to speak out.
“This may be a little bit sensitive, but we’re not a racist organization. And I’m just putting that out there. We’re just not,” Hannah McNair told SportsRadio 610. “I would say, from the start of this organization, Cal’s dad was very intentional with the fellow owners he brought in, and you could see a very diverse group there.”
“I challenge people who say that, take a closer look,” Cal McNair added. “Peel back the onion a little bit more, take a little time, look at who we are before you make that judgment.”
Despite these challenges, the McNairs have focused on rebuilding the team’s image and fostering a positive connection with fans.
