Jaxson Dart celebrated his 23rd birthday earlier this month; his rookie teammate was well over a week late with his gift.

The New York Giants took Francis Mauigoa 10th overall in last month’s NFL Draft. And the offensive tackle may soon find himself at odds with his quarterback.

Dart turned 23 on May 13 but only just received his present from the rook.

He was filmed opening a bag, pulling out a Miami Fiesta Bowl jersey, and angrily throwing it to the floor.

If you’re wondering why the jersey triggered Dart, it’s because Francis and Miami beat Dart’s old school, Ole Miss, in the CFP last season.

Check him out in the video below:

“how did it take him so long to realize what it was and get mad lmao,” someone laughed.

Jaxson Dart Could Be Genuinely Angry, But At Another Teammate

Dart definitely wasn’t happy about the gift, but he probably wasn’t really angry either.

He might be genuinely upset at another teammate, though.

Fellow second-year player Abdul Carter took a personal shot at him on social media after he announced President Donald Trump at a rally in NY on Friday.

Carter took the appearance personally and suggested his QB had erred in a brief but damning tweet.

Jaxson did not respond publicly, yet there are unsurprising suggestions that there’s now a divide in the Giants locker room

Carter has rejected the nation, returning to X to reveal that he and Dart have hashed things out as men and are okay.

Of course, folks won’t take his word for it.

They’re going to have to see more than another tweet, and both players are likely to be treated to unwanted questioning when they speak to reporters this offseason.
