It has become abundantly clear that Jonathan Taylor’s wife is not going to stop talking about his career. Ayanna Taylor, the wife of the Indianapolis Colts running back, posted a series of candid videos on social media questioning her family’s future.

It came amid the team’s recent fire sale. Following a 2-5 start, the Colts traded guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks. Furthermore, they shipped veteran defensive tackle DeForest Buckner to the San Francisco 49ers.

Ayanna Taylor voiced anxiety over the roster teardown, asking whether anyone is safe, whether she needs to pack her bags, and whether her husband could be next. In response, Taylor said that he hasn’t given the trade rumors much thought and expressed support for his wife speaking her mind.

Because she has her husband’s support, she resumed her social media interactions this week.

She knows what she is doing. The Colts are having a bad year, and Ayanna clearly wants her husband on a winning team. In the comments section of one of her videos, she made the biggest move yet by liking two comments.

One comment she liked read, “JT to Denver,” while the other was a picture of Kyler Murray holding a Super Bowl trophy.

Jonathan Taylor has been heavily linked to trade rumors involving the Minnesota Vikings and Denver Broncos ahead of the NFL trade deadline. Vikings reporter for The Athletic, Alec Lewis, stated that he isn’t ruling out Minnesota making that big trade for Taylor.

“People have asked me about [the Taylor trade rumor], and what can I report? I’ve said the same thing: I’m not going to rule it out because I know they want to be active,” Lewis said in an Oct. 29 video from “Vikings Collective.”

“I also know the need at the running back position right now. I just spent a lot of time talking about split safety and their inability to run against split safety. An elite running back would obviously help with that.”

Both the Colts and Vikings have Super Bowl aspirations, and adding Jonathan Taylor would only help them. Taylor has carried the ball 140 times for 587 rushing yards and eight touchdowns while averaging 4.2 yards per attempt on the ground and forcing 16 missed tackles as a runner.
