The male accuser in the ongoing Stefon Diggs legal battle received promising news this week.
Shortly after Diggs and Cardi B announced they were having a child last year, Chris Blake Griffith had a story to tell. He claimed Diggs allegedly made a sexual pass at him and then tried to threaten to kill him for turning down the alleged advances. Griffith alleges that Diggs drugged him, jerked off in front of him, and put his tongue in his ear.
At the time, rapper JT shared those allegations and called for justice, tagging the Patriots, Mexico, and the authorities. In response, Diggs filed a lawsuit against Griffith.
The NFL star filed a libel lawsuit accusing influencer Christopher Blake Griffith of making up a story about him. In the lawsuit, Stefon Diggs claims that he, along with Griffith and others, went to a club in Washington, D.C.
He then claims he went to his bedroom to wrap up the evening while his assistant asked Griffith to leave the premises. Two years later, Griffith made his allegations that he was drugged and sexually assaulted.
Judge Gives Orders Stefon Diggs

A federal judge has ordered Stefon Diggs to come clean on how he knows Christopher Blake Griffith. He said a ruling that simply labeling Griffith an “acquaintance” does not cut it.
The ruling, issued June 3 and reported by TMZ Sports, addressed a series of discovery disputes in the civil case. Diggs offered little beyond that single word when Griffith asked Diggs to describe their relationship before the night in question.
The judge ordered him to provide a “truthful, complete, and non-evasive response” within 14 days of the order. There will be sanctions on the table if he fails to comply. The court has also directed Stefon Diggs to provide fuller answers about his interactions with Griffith in May 2023.
Diggs also has to identify the people who were present at his Rockville, Maryland, residence during that period. The only win he received was the judge determining he did not have to answer questions about any prior possession or distribution of controlled substances.
The discovery deadline falls in mid-June.
In the meantime, Diggs is still trying to find his next team after the Patriots released him.
