Kelly Stafford Goes Wild On The NFL For Allegedly Screwing Over The Rams

Kelly Stafford is not happy at all this week. The Rams are coming off a 24-9 victory over the Chargers, which improved their record to 4-4.

Like any home game, Matt Stafford’s wife was inside SoFi Stadium to watch the game. The win may have been nice, but there is something else bothering her, and she called out the NFL over it.

The Los Angeles Rams are on their bye week during Week 11 of the 2026 NFL season. Something about it being right now has deeply upset her.

Kelly Stafford Says Rams Are Only Team Without True Bye Week

Technically, the Los Angeles Rams have a bye assigned in Week 11. However, it does not function as a traditional, full two-week break. Instead of the typical 13 to 14 days off that most teams receive, the Rams return to action just 9 to 10 days later.

They play the Green Bay Packers on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, for the NFL’s first-ever Thanksgiving Eve game.

Because of that, Kelly Stafford is unhappy and called it out on her Instagram story.

“Just curious to hear the thought process behind making the Rams the only team in the NFL without a true bye week,” she wrote.

“Because damn, after 18 years around this league, even I need a week off during the season… and I have never played a single snap.”

“I’m tired just watching from the stands. Can’t imagine how the guys feel,” she finished.

This marks the second time in days she has called out the NFL. At least her husband has been a delight to watch. Through 8 games, Matt Stafford has thrown for 2,146 passing yards and has 15 touchdowns.
