Kyler Murray has become a bit of a sensation in Minnesota this season.
Murray, 29, signed a one-year deal with the Vikings after the Arizona Cardinals released him. Minnesota has since gone 6-0, most recently beating Indianapolis 16-10.
The former Oklahoma star usurped J.J. McCarthy as the Vikings starting quarterback back in August, with McCarthy later joining the New York Giants via trade.
The QB’s voice attracted some chatter following his post-match interview in the wake of Sunday’s win.
“Someone said that Kyler Murray does the same thing to his voice that Tyrese Haliburton does 💀,” Polymarket Football shared.

Tyrese Haliburton Has Fielded Similar Voice Talk Since 2024

Haliburton, a guard for the Indiana Pacers, went viral after switching voices mid-answer on The Pat McAfee Show in 2024. Haliburton acknowledged that people point it out all the time.
He also dropped into a deeper voice after the 2024 All-Star Game when a PR staffer tried to end his press conference. Haliburton told McAfee that the shift happens naturally, not on purpose.

Murray’s season did not get off to the best start. He exited his Vikings debut in the first quarter with a concussion after Green Bay Packers cornerback Javon Bullard hit his head with his shoulder.
The Vikings have kept things rolling since then and remain the only unbeaten team in the NFL after six weeks.
They will visit the Detroit Lions for a key divisional matchup next Sunday.
