Fans have speculated for months about Stefon Diggs and his alleged paternity drama. The drama has followed Cardi B, which has caused her to address messy rumors about the New England Patriots’ wide receiver.
The speculation can now end.
In September, Cardi B announced the exciting news that she and Stefon Diggs are having their first child together. A day after the couple’s pregnancy announcement, news broke that Diggs was facing a legal battle with Aileen Lopera, who is a model known as Lord Gisselle.
Lopera listed the New England Patriots star as the “parent” of the then-unborn child and requested that the NFL athlete cover all her pregnancy/birth expenses as well as her attorney’s fees.
Well, it is clear that she knew who the father was the entire time.

“We can confirm that Mr. Diggs is the father,” Lopera’s lawyer, Tamar Arminak, said in a statement to Us Weekly.
“We are hopeful that he will meaningfully contribute to the child’s life and coparent with our client, who has had to do everything on her own thus far.”
Lopera has previously requested legal and physical custody of her baby. She gave birth in April and named her Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.
Stefon Diggs is Having A Good 2025 Campaign
Cardi B’s NFL boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, has been confirmed as the father of Instagram model Aileen Lopera’s baby.
He reportedly has a ton of other pregnant women as well.
Aside from hitting the hole off the field, he is going through a resurgence on the field.
Thus far in 2025, Diggs leads the team with 45 receptions along with 508 receiving yards. Nobody saw him returning to form after tearing his ACL during the 2024 season as a member of the Houston Texans.
He has helped the Patriots to a 7-2 record and put them in first place in the AFC East.
In Week 10, Stefon Diggs and the New England Patriots will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
