“What An Awful Look” – Cameras Caught Patrick Mahomes Embarrassing Himself After Broncos’ Game-Winning TD vs. Chiefs [VIDEO]

Cameras caught Patrick Mahomes’s awfully bizarre reaction to RJ Harvey’s game-winning touchdown in Thursday night’s Christmas Day game.
Patrick Mahomes’ 2025 season ended when he tore his ACL in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Chargers. The 30-year-old could only watch Thursday’s prime-time game from an Arrowhead Stadium suite. The Broncos squeaked out a 20-13 victory to secure the season-series sweep.
The Kansas City defense and third-string quarterback Chris Oladokun kept the game surprisingly close. But Bo Nix’s late go-ahead one-yard touchdown pass to rookie running back RJ Harvey and a late defensive stand helped Denver avoid the upset.
After the game-winning score, Amazon Prime Video cameras showed Patrick Mahomes smiling. Why exactly he did this is unclear, but perhaps he’s on Team Tank at this phase of the season?
Yikes: Chiefs star QB Patrick Mahomes was caught SMILING as the Chiefs gave up the go-ahead touchdown during last night’s game against the Broncos.
What an awful look for the face of Kansas City…

At least he’s maintaining a positive attitude.
Patrick Mahomes’ Chiefs Have A Lot To Sort Through In The Offseason

Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III advised Patrick Mahomes to sit out the 2026 season and focus on his recovery. Mahomes probably won’t do that, but there’s a real possibility that he won’t be ready for the start of next season.
Aside from Mahomes’ health, the Chiefs have other question marks to address. If Travis Kelce decides to retire, Kansas City will be short of a tight end. The running back room needs a boost, with Kareem Hunt and Isiah Pacheco pending free agents.
There could be drastic changes on the defensive side of the ball as well. Additionally, might Andy Reid consider replacing offensive coordinator Matt Nagy after a disappointing season on that side of the ball? Reid doesn’t like firing assistants, but he may not have a choice.
The Chiefs dominated the NFL from 2019 to 2024, claiming five AFC Championship titles and three Super Bowl victories. But if they’re going to return to the top, they’ll have to prepare for some difficult changes.
