Arizona Cardinals running back Jeremiyah Love is expected to make a strong impact on his team. The Cardinals picked him with the No. 3 pick in April’s NFL draft, adding one of the first pieces they hope can help them compete again in the future.

Love had a terrific career with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, carrying the ball 433 times for 2,882 yards and 36 touchdowns in three seasons. He added 63 receptions for 594 yards and six touchdowns.

Love signed a four-year, $53 million contract with the Cardinals, putting him in a financial position that many can only dream of. However, fans already raised concerns about the player’s surroundings.

Her girlfriend shared a video riding a boat with Love while adding “Middle of the Ocean” by Drake to a clip that racked up nearly 200K views.

NFL Fans Wary About Jeremiyah Love’s Girlfriend

Shortly after the video went viral, many fans voiced their concerns about Love’s girlfriend. They said that signing a $53 million contract and finding a girlfriend shortly after might not be a good recipe.

“Every single dude in professional sports ONLY has the girl they have because they are a rich athlete. If he worked in a warehouse, she wouldn’t even look at him. It’s the same for EVERY relationship in professional sports. It’s not true love. It’s bought,” one fan said.

“I pray for them… I really do. These dudes be falling for it. But enjoy it,” another fan added.

“She’s already thinking about spending his money. Lol,” a third fan said.

“Was she with him before the hype? Did she support him there? If so, she can do exactly this… if she bird walked here, this man gets no respect. We need context,” a fourth fan wrote.

Love is widely considered the best player in this year’s class. Hopefully, he makes good decisions on and off the field, so he can have a long and peaceful career.
