Will Levis struggled during Friday’s Blue and White Scrimmage at Nissan Stadium. And his blooper-reel moment has found its way online. 

A viral video shows the Tennessee Titans quarterback trying to escape pressure before losing his footing.

Levis rolled right despite not really needing to. He then tried to retreat and extend the play.

Instead, he slipped and hit the turf.

The quarterback eventually threw the ball away for an incomplete pass, prompting groans and laughter.

Will Levis Has Plenty To Prove After Missing Last Season

The moment arrived just days after Levis made a bold declaration about his standing.

“There are not 32 quarterbacks in this league better than me,” Levis claimed, via the Titans’ official website. “I know that for sure.”

That confidence has been tested throughout his Tennessee career.

The Titans selected Levis 33rd overall in the 2023 NFL Draft after his stock unexpectedly fell out of the first round.

He flashed plenty of arm talent as a rookie. However, his second season became considerably more difficult.

Levis finished 2024 with 2,091 passing yards, 13 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He completed 63.1% of his passes while posting an 81.4 passer rating.

He then missed the entire 2025 season after undergoing surgery on his throwing arm.

Now, Levis faces an uphill battle in Nashville.

The Titans selected Cam Ward first overall in 2025, and Ward currently sits atop the quarterback depth chart. Mitchell Trubisky has also moved ahead of Levis in the backup competition. Hendon Hooker remains in the mix as well.

That leaves Levis with very little room for another setback.

One bad practice rep does not determine a quarterback’s career. Still, when you’re trying to convince everyone you’re better than 32 NFL quarterbacks, it helps to stay on your feet.
