A photo of Indianapolis Colts owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon has been circulating online, prompting some really wild reactions.

The graphic announced that Irsay-Gordon had fired general manager Chris Ballard. That part was real: the Colts confirmed Monday that Ballard had been relieved of his duties after Sunday’s 26-20 loss to the Tennessee Titans.

However, the picture itself is not authentic and was digitally altered, turning a real personnel announcement into a viral thirst trap.

The photo shows the Colts owner on the sideline bearing some extra acreage.

“Dog!! For real??” the caption reads.

“WAIT A MINUTE!…………..I DIDN’T KNOW SHE HAD ALL THAT DALLAS COWBOYS BACK THERE!” someone piled on.

Ballard had been with the Colts since 2017. Even so, Irsay-Gordon thought a leadership change was necessary, per the team’s official announcement.

Carlie, who succeeded her father, Jim Irsay, as team owner, has made a spectacle of herself on the sideline in recent years. She’s known for her very hands-on approach and is often seen wearing a headset and asking coaches questions

Fans did not quite expect spectacle above. And, of course, the reactions came accordingly.

“All that Daniel Jones back there,” one wrote.

“Now I see why none of the players have a problem with her walking on the sidelines,” another user joked.

A third fan thought it made “much more sense why the coaches weren’t mad about her being on the sidelines 😂😂.”

“She got a lil bump but not nearly what that pic looks like,” someone else pointed out, sharing a different photo.

Meanwhile, Indianapolis has begun searching for Ballard’s replacement. As such, assistant general manager Ed Dodds will oversee personnel operations until they appoint a new GM.
