Nick Bosa & His Girlfriend Go All-Out With Cartoon Halloween Costumes As Fans Make An Unusual Request

Nick Bosa and his girlfriend, Ella Ailiff, jumped into the Halloween spirit with a funny cartoon costume that 49ers fans loved. The two dressed up as the Crimson Chin and Cleft the Boy Chin Wonder from Nickelodeon’s The Fairly OddParents.
Ailiff posted a TikTok of their matching red superhero fits on Tuesday morning, just ahead of Halloween and the team’s bye week.
The costumes got plenty of love, but fans in the comments had something else on their minds, too. Bosa has missed several games with a calf injury, and Niners fans made it clear they want their star pass rusher back on the field as soon as possible.

Ailiff gave fans an early look at her costume in a separate TikTok video on Monday night. She captioned the post, “You either get me or you don’t.” She also shared a photo of The Fairly OddParents character Timmy Turner wearing the Cleft costume in the comments.
The couple’s costumes also came right in time for the 49ers’ team Halloween party on Monday night. San Francisco headed into its bye week right after taking its first loss of the season against the Falcons on Sunday.

While fans enjoyed the couple’s cartoon look, one supporter had a different message for Ailiff. A user named @Pizzzzatime commented, “can you tell Bosa to pls play football again? we miss him. thank you pretty please!”
Bosa has not played since Sept. 25. The 49ers received encouraging news about his recovery on Tuesday morning. General manager John Lynch appeared on KNBR and said Bosa could return after the bye week, when San Francisco faces the Las Vegas Raiders on Nov. 8.
The defensive end has dealt with significant injury setbacks over the past two seasons. He appeared in only three games last year before tearing his ACL against the Arizona Cardinals.
San Francisco is sitting at 6-1 to start the 2026 season, even without Bosa on the field. The team also gave its pass rush a big boost on Tuesday by trading for DeForest Buckner from the Colts.
Adding Buckner means the Niners don’t have to rush Bosa back before he’s truly ready. Even so, fans are still counting on the former Defensive Player of the Year to get healthy soon and lead another deep playoff run.
