The loss turned into a series of events and rumors that made the rounds on social media. Matt LaFleur’s future became a popular topic around the league before the Packers decided to extend him. Injured star Micah Parsons called out his teammates after the loss and backed LaFleur amid criticism from fans and the media.

Packers’ Rasheed Walker Arrested On Gun Charges

The New York Post reported on Saturday that Walker tried to check in a bag that contained a firearm at LaGuardia Airport. The player was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm.
Walker appeared in Queens County Criminal Court on the gun charge before being released later Friday. The Post added that Walker informed an airline employee that his bag contained a locked box holding a handgun. The employee alerted the authorities. They searched Walker’s bag and found a 9mm Glock pistol and 36 rounds of ammo in the locked box.
Rasheed Walker’s attorney said the gun was legally licensed in Wisconsin. However, the player wasn’t aware that he couldn’t travel with it in New York. Walker is due back in court on March 19.
