NFL Insider Ian Rapoport Takes Surprising Side In Dianna-Russini-Mike Vrabel Scandal
This article was originally published on Total Pro Sports.

Ian Rapoport spoke about the ongoing drama involving Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini. It doesn’t seem the situation will end soon, and as the days go by, more people react to it.
In April, fellow insider Adam Schefter broke his silence about this situation. He lamented that two people he knew very well were involved in this situation.
Others have been more active in discussions, including Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio. Nearly two months after the first batch of photos saw the light, another insider addressed the situation.
Ian Rapoport Feels Sorry For Others Affected By Vrabel-Russini Situation

During an interview with Eric Burgess and Manish Mehta, Rapoport shared his thoughts on the situation. He said he didn’t blame media outlets for covering the story, but clarified that it must have been tough for their loved ones.
“I don’t blame the media,” Rapoport said. “I really don’t because the public thirst is there. The media isn’t getting people interested [in this story], they’re already interested in it. They’re feeding the beast. Watching this play out in public is much sadder than I ever anticipated. I would not wish anybody to go through what everyone involved in this is going through.”

Russini resigned from The Athletic last month. Vrabel’s job security might be shaking as we speak.
