Nick Sirianni Ended His Press Conference With a Loud & Clear Shot at Ex-Eagles WR A.J. Brown

Nick Sirianni had some words for A.J. Brown following the trade that sent the wide receiver to the Patriots last week.
Brown leaves the Eagles under acrimonious circumstances. The All-Pro wideout will be fondly remembered for his production in Philadelphia, which ultimately helped them win a Super Bowl.
However, it hardly means the city hasn’t turned against him, given the nature of his exit.
Brown took a parting shot at the team after returning to its facility to collect some belongings. He reportedly signed a photo of himself, writing the words: “The best to ever play here. Always open.”
Sirianni has since spoken to reporters at a press conference, discussing individual achievements and team success.
Nick Sirianni Had Some Telling Advice For A.J. Brown

Brown’s latest move does fit the narrative he put out there all of last season. He seemed more concerned with his stats and targets, and his frustrations eventually boiled over.
It’s reported that he had made up his mind as early as Week 4, despite the Eagles having a 4-0 record and coming off a Super Bowl win.
As for Sirianni, the head coach reportedly ended his press conference with a message that definitely seemed like it was directed at Brown.
“We have a shared mission,” he said. “If you want to do it alone, pick a different sport.”
It doesn’t appear that the two men saw eye to eye nearing the end of the wideout’s Eagles tenure.
Big Dom had to step in to prevent them from going at each other’s throats on the sideline during a heated argument on the bench during a game last season.
Cameras also caught Brown staring at the HC like he wanted to punch him while he was celebrating a win over the Bills in Week 17.
For what it’s worth, Sirianni and Brown won a Super Bowl together and have each other to thank for that. But it doesn’t appear that their gratitude will ever extend past it.
