Released Text Messages Reveal Jed York’s Reaction To The Price Of ‘Unprotected S-x’ With Trailer Park Prostitute

San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was arrested in East Palestine, Ohio, after being caught in an undercover law enforcement prostitution sting.

Initially, York responded multiple times to a fictitious advertisement placed on a known prostitution website by the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.

During the exchange, he used the alias “Joe” and arranged to meet an undercover officer who was posing as a woman. Subsequently, this would turn into the worst night of his life.

The San Francisco 49ers owner had exchanged many text messages with a woman he thought he would be having sex with. York asked the woman to send a text with an address so he could start driving.

That led to what he would be paying for her services. It also included how much it would cost for unprotected sex. It appears that Jed York wanted nothing to do with that.

“York asked how much the female charged for 1 hour, and was advised that full service sexual activity was $160.00, with unprotected sex being $20.00 more,” an officer wrote. “York advised that the $160.00 worked for him, and he was on his way.”

He may have been trying to pay for sex, but at least he was going to protect himself.

York was then given a fictitious lot number at a mobile home park as the meeting location. As we saw in the bodycam footage, York arrived in an Avis rental car. Marked police officers stopped York and arrested him at 9:35 a.m, court records show.

Legal Resolution

Jed York was taken into custody. He originally faced a misdemeanor count of engaging in prostitution alongside a charge for possession of criminal tools. However, his legal team quickly secured a plea agreement the following morning. As a result, prosecutors downgraded the solicitation charge to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.

Furthermore, York pleaded no contest to both disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools. Ultimately, the judge found him guilty, ordering him to pay $1,150 in fines and sentencing him to two days in jail. Luckily for him, he was given credit for time served.
