A video has gone viral of former NFL linebacker Marshall McFadden making it look all too easy as a NASCAR jackman.
Every football fan knows about Deion Sanders and Bo Jackson, a pair of legendary two-sport athletes who dominated in both the NFL and Major League Baseball. And fans know that quarterbacks like Patrick Mahomes, Kyler Murray and Russell Wilson have strong backgrounds in baseball.
But after a brief career in pro football, Marshall McFadden didn’t take up another competitive sport as a performer. Instead, he has taken his muscle and Superman-like strength over to the racetracks.
Watch this video of McFadden making in action, helping with a tire change like clockwork:

With strength, toughness, quick-thinking and speed like that, McFadden looks like someone who could still play in the NFL if he wanted to attempt a comeback.
