Matt Miller Faces Misdemeanor Charges Following Semi-Truck Crash
A formal charge has been filed against the ESPN NFL Draft analyst in connection with his serious collision.
Court documents from Jasper County, Missouri, indicate that the violation involves failing to drive on the right half of a roadway when sufficient width was available. The incident resulted in an accident that required multiple surgeries for the broadcaster. An initial court appearance has been scheduled for September 21 in the local circuit court.
Failure to appear could trigger an arrest warrant or a suspended license.
The traffic misdemeanor is currently his only formal criminal charge. However, Miller is also the target of a separate, ongoing consumer fraud investigation conducted by the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.
Officials confirmed that at least 26 citizens have filed formal complaints accusing him of various things.
