Giants head coach John Harbaugh addressed the diagnosis directly after Monday’s loss. He confirmed the MCL sprain but stopped short of offering full details before testing wrapped up.
“We’ll know tomorrow. That’s in the neighborhood of it, I would say,” Harbaugh told reporters when asked about the MCL diagnosis.
When pressed on whether he felt relief that the injury wasn’t worse, he added, “The fact that it’s not that outcome that you’re talking about, the devastating outcome, is really good news.”
General manager Joe Schoen also expressed optimism, claiming that Dart would be “okay.”
